We aren’t kidding when we say we’re all about simple easy-to-make pescetarian recipes here at Fishy Vegetarian and this one is the perfect example!

Who doesn’t love tuna salad on a bagel?

It’s one of our go-to meals, but we decided to try a fun twist on the classic version.

We’ve added some celery for a fun crunch, onion for its fresh zinginess and apple for an unexpected burst of sweetness.

It may sound crazy, that is until you taste it and realize… it just works.

When we’re having a bagel or sandwich for lunch we like to add a little side salad, or heck, why not just put your bagel on top, that’s what we did!

Spinach is a leafy green packed with goodness and a dollop of kimchi means your gut is going to love you.

Oh and it’s salty and sour, the perfect accompaniment to the sweet apple!

We top it all off with a pinch of turmeric for its potent anti-inflammatory benefits.

These ingredients are meant to be and your taste buds are going to go wild!
